Meet Danielle
Danielle's work is devoted to emotional health, trauma-informed care, and the body's innate capacity for healing and restoration.
Drawing from somatic trauma therapy, embodiment practices, and nervous system awareness, Danielle creates spaces where individuals can reconnect with themselves through presence, sensation, and embodied awareness.
Her approach is shaped by both lived experience and professional practice — with over a decade of personal experience in trauma and addiction recovery, Danielle brings a depth of understanding that is both grounded and deeply human.
