Restorative Movement
Gentle practices designed to support nervous system regulation, deep rest, and recovery from chronic stress. An invitation into slower states of presence, stillness, and regulation.
Somatic Workshops
Immersive group experiences focused on embodiment, nervous system health, relational awareness, and transformational growth. Collaborations with visiting practitioners and therapeutic educators.
